2. View or Preview Properties
You can be part of the process directly, or see different options from afar with virtual walkthroughs and photos.
3. Required Background Checks
Landlords and property managers want to know you can afford to live in their units, and what your history looks like. This process doesn’t take long, but is a step that must be taken before you can rent.
4. Sign Your Lease!
Once everything checks out, you’re all set to sign your lease! I’ll guide you through any questions you have and we’ll submit the paperwork to get you keys to your new home!
